I cannot open the survey?
Answer: Please check your pop-up blocker is installed. This is a device that prevents an extra window appearing in your Internet browser – the questionnaire is programmed as a pop-up. In order to participate in the questionnaire you would need to turn off the pop-up killer.

Another reason could be the use of JavaScript being switched off in the settings of your browser, in which case the questionnaire will not work. Check the Internet options of your browser.

Many people may be trying to complete the questionnaire at the same time, which temporarily overloads the server: you will probably succeed if you just try again later.

An error message appears?
Answer: Simply log into the questionnaire again (using the same link in the original invitation) at a later time as there may have been a temporary server fault. If it happened during the survey it will allow you to carry on from where you left off.


What is my code and password?
Answer: Your login details can be found in all surveys invitations.

To receive an e-mail with your unique codes, please go to our website and click on *Apply Now and fill in the registration form.

You will automatically receive an e-mail from OpinionWorld containing your login information.

*Please note that this will not create 2 memberships, as you will receive an e-mail saying that you are already a member which contains your membership login codes.


How do I unsubscribe?
Answer:

You can unsubscribe by logging into the member login area to your OpinionWorld My Account and by clicking on the unsubscribe link, or on the chapter 'Unsubscribe' on the left hand side panel and follow the instructions on the page.

Alternatively, on each survey invitation you receive there is a link to unsubscribe and also on the start page of the survey.


How do I change my e-mail address?
Answer: By logging into the member login area to your OpinionWorld My Account, click on My Profile.

In the list, click on the second item, Change E-mail Address

Say 'yes', when asked if you would like to change your e-mail address from your current e-mail address and follow the easy steps.
How do I update my details?
Answer: By logging into the member login area to your OpinionWorld My Account and selecting ‘My Profile’.

It is important to keep your details up-to-date so that we can continue sending you the most relevant surveys to match your personal situation.


How am I rewarded?
Answer: At OpinionWorld we reward you in 2 separate ways. Firstly, every time you complete a survey you are able to donate to a charity of your choice after the completion of every OpinionWorld survey.

Secondly, you will automatically be able to play our Instant Win virtual scratch game and be rewarded instantly for your participation with entries into our Grand Prize Draw, where you stand the chance of winning a cash prize. There are also chances to win other prizes too when you match all 3 squares.

We also offer points on some of surveys, the points can be collected and redeemed for cash via PayPal and are clearly stated in the survey invitation. Points are added to your Account Balance when you have completed a survey.

Answer: Instant Win is an online virtual scratch game specially designed for the members of OpinionWorld. By playing the game you can win cash and prizes in an instant.

My Instant Win game does not work?
Answer: In order to play the Instant Win game, please make sure you have Macromedia Flash 9.0 or higher installed on your computer. You can obtain a free download at www.adobe.com.


To play Instant Win Game, you must use a modern PC (Pentium II or better) with Windows 98 or newer, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Netscape OR a modern Macintosh with Mac OS 9 or X, Internet Explorer or Safari.


You can also try clearing your cache: For Internet Explorer: Click on "Tools," select "Internet Options," under the General tab in the Temporary Internet files, select "Delete Files," then select "OK" at the bottom of the screen. Quit out of all browser windows. For Mozilla Firefox: Click on "Tools," select "Clear Private Data" and make sure that the ‘cache’ box is ticked. Proceed by clicking on the ‘Clear All Private Data now’ button. Quit out of all browser windows For Netscape: Go to "Edit," select "Preferences," under "Advanced" select "Cache," click on the "Clear Cache" button. Quit out of all browser windows. For Safari: Select "Empty Cache" from the Safari menu bar at the top of the browser, and confirm your intention by selecting "Empty" when prompted. Quit out of all browser windows.


How do I claim my points?
Answer: By following these easy steps you are able to redeem your points:

1. Go to your My Account. Use the login details in your survey invitation to enter the login area in the top right corner of our website.

2. On your My Account Page is an area to Claim Your Rewards. Simply look at your available Account Balance and the conversion value into cash and decide how many points you wish to redeem. There is minimum balance requirement of £10.00 for redemption.

3. Once you have typed in the amount you wish to redeem, simply click on 'Redeem Points'.

4. The value of these points in cash will go directly to your PayPal account. Please set up you PayPal account with the same e-mail address as your OpinionWorld membership e-mail address. The payment will be made from ‘payment@your-points.com’.

5. Go to your PayPal account and simply accept the payment. You have now received your OpinionWorld points in cash!
